A few times a year, the sports club in my village organizes events like celebrations and sport days. These events are organized an conceived by the events committee. One of the members of this committee is my father. For this reason I was also a member of the committee since I was 15 years old.

The task of a events committee member consist of conceive events, and that organizing them. For example making a reservation for a band, get supplied and rent materials to enable the events.

Learning goals for this activity:

This extra-curricular activity is useful for the development in my studies for the reason that the experience of organizing events is in my view a good begin of creating organization and management skills.

S Situation

The situations is being a volunteer member of the event committee of my sports club.

T Task

The task is to conceive events and involve club members in every age categories to join them.

A Activities

Making reservations for bands and DJ’s, get supplied and rent materials are the most important activities.

R Result

The result what we as the event committee what to create is sociability and solidarity in our village.

R Reflection

It is important for me to do something for my sports club. Almost my whole family is volunteer for the club. It is also very nice for the reason that your work is honoured.

T Transfer

The experience of organizing events is in my view a good begin of creating organization and management skills and it will be an indicator for the development in my studies.
